Community Choir rehearsals underway
Concert set for Dec. 1
The Mount Gilead Community Choir is in rehearsals for its annual Christmas concert, set for Sun., Dec. 1 at 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Mount Gilead. This year's concert will be divided into two sections – the first featuring a variety of secular works, and the second comprised of a cantata entitled "Let Heaven and Nature Sing Gloria!", arranged by Mark Hayes.

Jimi Ray ends season with Apr. 20 performance
It's been many years since that first John Denver record was introduced in his life but those influences still remain strong.
"I simply love being known as a singer-songwriter. That label allows me to share whatever is on my mind and heart. I've been touched by songs so much in my life and I want to do that for other people."
MGCCA seeks to fulfill its mission in four main ways:
